Glacier Power

This beast of a glacier, Puerto Moreno was quite an experience. The 70 metre wall giving us a day of entertainment with it's regular shotgun explosions from the shifting ice and 70m high slabs falling into the aqua water. It was a spectacular display of natural power.
Another amazing piece of Mother Natures work to see in Patagonia, Argentina.   

A small time Carnival!

We were on a bus driving through the town of El Calafate, when we spotted this old school small time carnival! The next bus stop we jumped off and searched the streets to find it. We were so excited to play the ultimate vintage fooz ball, ride the ferris wheel, eat rainbow coloured popcorn and be surrounded by the true suburban  Argentinean culture. It was the spot to be on a friday night - it was nice to be in a place where there were no tourists in sight!
